Operated by International Medical Assistance, IMA Patient Attendant Services is a special assistance service established to facilitate non-medical services in all treatment processes such as welcome, farewell, transfer, appointment and examination accompaniment at Ankara City Hospital and works with a boutique service approach.

How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation 24 hours before your appointment at the hospital by sending an e-mail to info@imahastarefakat.com with your name, surname, the name of the unit you made an appointment with and your phone number or by calling +90 534 890 47 40.
Where are the Meeting Points?
Meeting at Ankara City Hospital Neurology and Orthopedics Hospital B1 Floor at least 1 hour before the hospital appointment time. If the patient has a request for transfer to the hospital, our VIP vehicle takes him to the hospital at least 2 hours before the appointment time, and if requested, the patient is left to his home after the hospital procedures.
If the patient himself comes, the meeting point is determined by communicating with him one day in advance, according to the settlement of the unit where he made an appointment.
As a Group, Do We Want to Benefit from Patient Attendant Service? Are There Any Discounts?
Yes, discounted rates are offered for groups of 3 or more from the same family. In addition, group discounts are available for reservations of 5 or more people. For details, you can send an e-mail to info@imahastarefakat.com.
Can I Change the Date and Time of the Reservation in Cancellations Due to Force Majeure?
You can make changes to your reservation in case of any disruption caused by the hospital or other reasons. You must inform info@imahastarefakat.com at least 24 hours in advance of any reservation changes you will make for other reasons.
Is it possible to make my hospital appointments and examination requests before we Arrive?
T.R. In accordance with the rules of the Ministry of Health, all applications for all examinations and treatments must be made by the patient himself.
